Suomi in St Brigid's School

​Thank you to our Finnish placement student, who made  beautiful cakes for the staff for Finland's 100th Independence Day.  They were really tasty, and we got to try the unusual Finnish salty liqourice too.  It was great to try food from another culture, and to celebrate Suomi from Ireland!
