The Award Ceremony

​This is a picture of me at the Credit Union Art competition Awards ceremony in Croke Park.  Over 30,000 entries were entered in to this years competition and the competition is in its 34th year. I went to the awards ceremony on Sunday the 11th of February with my family. I got to meet Marty Whelan and he presented me with my certificate and my cash prize. After I was presented with my prize I got some photos taken with the President of the League of Credit Unions and Marty Whelan.  I have won a prize in the Credit Union Art Competition  for 4 years in a row. In Rathlin I came 3rd, in Inisbofin I came 2nd, in Gola I came 1st and also came first in the the Second level and this year I came merit in the National level. I enjoyed my time in Croke Park.
